Now that Abram has returned back to the Promised Land from his stay in Egypt, he discovers that God provides for him there. He repents and continues life with his wife and nephew Lot until there is disagreement about the land resources. Abram encourages Lot to separate from him and offers him his choice of the land. Lot chooses the plains of Sodom, as he is looking out for his material prosperity. But will this backfire on him down the road?
