Does God (Jesus) still heal like He did in the Bible? | Matthew 4:23
We read and hear of the many healing(s) of Jesus in the gospels. And sometimes we wander and some even claim that what Jesus did then, He does today. But is that true? Does God/Jesus heal today the same way that He did in biblical times? | Matthew 4:23
Fornication, Adultery, Homosexuality | 1 Corinthians 6:9-11
Sexual purity and restraint is commanded for Christians, regardless of cultural acceptance.
Sin Has Consequences | 2 Samuel 11-12
The grace of God is without bounds. God is willing to forgive us for ANY and all of our sins. However, we rarely consider that there will almost certainly be negative consequences, sometimes lasting for YEARS. Let’s look at just how extensive the consequences for sin can be at the life of King David. | 2 Samuel 11-12
God Uses Our Failure To Build Our Faith | Genesis 12:1-10
Sometimes our greatest spiritual successes are only followed by our greatest spiritual failures. We go from being on the top of the mountains to the depths of the valley of sin. Sometimes, God is testing us, molding and shaping our faith for our good to His glory. Join me in this faith and hope building teaching. | Genesis 12:1-10
Did Jesus Pray Not To Die? | Matthew 26:36-42
We have often heard many stirring sermons about how Jesus went into the Garden of Gethsemane and prayed NOT to die (because He was human just as we are)! But when Jesus asked the Father to take that cup away from Him, was He really referring to the cross … or something else? | Matthew 26:36-42
Was God Cruel in the Old Testament But Kind in the New?
I have heard many people say that the God of the Old Testament was harsh, cruel and mean, implying that they did not like “that” God; but the God of the New Testament is loving, kind, patient and gracious – not like the God of the Old at all! But is this description of God correct? Did God change in the New Testament?? Let’s talk about that! | Genesis 6:3, 15:13-16; 2 Peter 3:9
5 Things About The Rapture
One of the most important future events is the rapture of the church. But, just what is the rapture and who will participate? We tell of all these things and more, covering these verses:
Matthew 24:36-41
1 Thessalonians 4:15-18
1 Corinthians 15:35-53
2 Corinthians 5:10 (1 Corinthians 3:12-15)
Revelation 19:7-8
3 False Beliefs About Angels | Psalm 8:1-5
We frequently see TV shows and movies with female angels, but do any exist in the Bible? What about the little baby angels we call cherubs? Here are 3 common myths about angels and one glorious truth about US.
The Anti-Christ, the Son of Satan | Genesis 3:15
The Scriptures teach that, like God, Satan will have a son. But what will be the nature of his birth? How will he come into power? And what will be his end? | Genesis 3:15; Genesis 6:1-4; Matthew 4:8-11; Revelation 13:1-3; Revelation 19:20; Isaiah 14:1-23; Revelation 20:10-15
Women Teach Angels | 1 Corinthians 11:10
In 1 Corinthians 11:1-16, the Apostle Paul commended the Corinthian church for remembering the traditions and practices that he taught them. However, they failed to continue practicing one thing: the women did not cover their heads when praying or prophesying. Paul explained principally why this should be done; and then he proceeded to tell them why the women should do this. And he said, “because of the angels”. What did he mean by this?
Did You Know? | No Forgiveness to Sinning Angels
In Romans 9:15, Paul states a powerful principle of election, that is, of salvation. It is by the will of God. We all have heard of the angels that sinned along with Satan. Mankind also sinned – even now (even the saints of God [Romans 3:23]). But God only offered forgiveness, redemption and salvation to mankind, but NOT the angels. Join me in this wonderful discussion.
The Six Dwellings (Abodes) of Satan
The Bible teaches of six dwellings or places of abodes of Satan during his existence. Join me in this teaching as we walk through Satan’s dwellings from the covering over the throne of God to his final demise in the Lake of Fire. (Ezekiel 28:14, Ezekiel 28:13, Ephesians 2:2, Ephesians 6:12, Revelation 12:7-12, Revelation 20:1-3, Revelation 20:7-10)
