All products sold through Let’s Talk Scripture are digital downloads. Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final.

Once a digital product has been purchased and access has been granted, the product cannot be returned, revoked, or recovered. Therefore, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits for any digital downloads, including but not limited to:

  • Bible Study Lesson Packages
  • Lesson Outlines
  • Teacher Guides
  • Student Guides
  • Quizzes
  • Answer Keys
  • PDF Resources
  • Any other downloadable digital content

Library Membership Subscriptions

Library Membership subscriptions provide access to digital resources and content during the active subscription period.

Members may cancel their subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:

  • No future subscription payments will be charged.
  • Access will remain available until the end of the current billing period.
  • No partial refunds, prorated refunds, or credits will be issued for unused time remaining in a subscription period.

This applies to both monthly and annual membership plans.

Exceptional Circumstances

Refund requests will only be considered in cases of duplicate charges or technical billing errors. Any such requests must be submitted within 14 days of the transaction date and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
